The Oasis Project Presents “Art Comes Back To Bronzeville” August 22nd – 24th for Bronzeville week!
“Art Comes Back To Bronzeville”, organized by the Oasis Project, will be an art showcase spotlighting various mediums with a live painting element by Dominique Whitehurst & LaNia Sproles, Ras Ammar Nsoroma on site to create commissioned portraits, along with an interactive panel discussion entitled “Ask the Artists” at 7PM on Friday, August 23rd. Bronzeville has a rich history of being an artistic hub & with honoring the past, we are moving toward the future in present day.

Art Comes Back To Bronzeville will be open on Friday, August 23rd from 6PM – 10PM & Saturday, August 24th from 10AM – 2PM, a gallery preview will also take place on August 22nd.
The Oasis Project strives to bring economic, social, physical, intellectual & creative development to neighborhoods through intrinsic hoslitic & educational programming with employment opportunities for youth as well as adults.
